Danish pension fund gives EUR 67m injection to life science real estate: "We are ready for more"

Danish pension company PFA has made its first investment in US real estate in New Jersey, purchasing close to 100 percent of shares. The properties are designated life science research, which constitutes a growing market. Director of Real Estate Michael Bruhn talks about the transaction, which is not necessarily the last of its kind.
