Core Property sells Copenhagen residential units totaling EUR 40m — and reinvests profits

Real estate fund supplier Core Property Management has sold 85 apartments in Valby, Copenhagen. The plan is to invest the profits in new real estate projects outside Copenhagen, a Partner tells EjendomsWatch. The buyer primarily targets commercial property.
