Efter mislykket emission skyder Lars Kolind ny kapital i Conferize

Hovedinvestorerne i event-platformen Conferize må selv skyde ny kapital i selskabet, efter at det er mislykkedes at hente ny kapital via First North. Ledelsen er skiftet ud, og investor Lars Kolind erkender, at et eller andet er gået galt.

Den lille it-startup Conferize har droppet en børsemission af nye aktier for mindst 8,5 mio. kr., fordi interessen hos investorerne var for lille. Samtidig er selskabets stifter, Martin Ferro-Thomsen, ikke længere direktør. De investorer, som allerede har skudt kapital i Conferize, må komme med nye indskud, for ellers er kassen tom omkring juni, skriver Finans.dk.

"Et eller andet er gået galt. Det kan enhver se. Når aktionærerne ikke bakker op om en emission, så er det et udtryk for, at man ikke har tillid til casen eller ledelsen," siger den ene hovedinvestor Lars Kolind til Finans.dk.
