Medie: Kapitalfond i retssag mod sælgere af industrivirksomhed

Kapitalfonden Solix har ifølge Insidebusiness lagt sag an mod sælgerne af industrivirksomheden Hoyer, efter at selskabets indtjening er mindsket kraftigt.

Kapitalfonden Solix anført af tidligere Altor-partner Denis-Viet Jacobsen har ved rettet i Aarhus sagsøgt familien Høyer, der solgte industrivirksomheden Hoyer i Hadsten til Solix i foråret 2016, skriver Insidebusiness.dk.

Dengang betalte Solix over en halv milliard for Hoyer, men siden er indtjeningen i selskabet smuldret. I 2017 tjente Hoyer blot 13 millioner kroner før afskrivninger og renter. Tallet var mere end fire gange så højt, da Solix overtog virksomheden, som blandt producerer kædehjul, gear, koblinger, tandhjul og elektromotorer.
