Kapitalfond køber dansk specialist i tøj til klinikker

En dansk producent af tøj til lægeklinikker er blevet opkøbt af kapitalfond og lagt ind i tysk koncern.

Kapitalfonden Silverfleet har gjort endnu et dansk opkøb. Denne gang har fonden opkøbt den danske producent af tøj til lægeklinikker, Praxis, i Herning. Den danske tøjproducent bliver lagt ind under en lignende, men større tysk tøjproducent, 7days, som i forvejen ejes af Silverfleet.

Praxis, der blev stiftet i 1995, var ejet af ledelsen, Jesper Rasmussen og Søren Wortmann, og familien Stubkjær, hvis milliardformue stammer fra salget af møllevingeproducenten Bonus Energy til Siemens.
