Novo Holdings-ejet høreapparatselskab jagter kapitalfonds lydjuvel

Det danske høreapparatselskab Sonion, som er ejet af Novo Holdings, er langt i processen med at købe et Allerød-baseret selskab ejet af en amerikansk kapitalfond.

Novo Holdings, der ejer Novo Nordisk, er med sit selskab Sonion interesseret i at købe danske DPA Microphones for over en halv mia. kr., skriver Børsen.

DPA Microphones er ejet af den amerikanske kapitalfond Riverside, men nu kan selskabet komme på danske hænder igen inden længe. Ifølge Børsen er det Novo-ejede selskab Sonion allerede langt i processen med at købe den Allerød-baserede virksomhed.
