Business angel: Hvorfor er danskerne aldrig med, når der skal rejses mange penge

Danske investorer er sjældent med i de store investeringsrunder, når startup-selskaberne herhjemme rammer en vis flyvehøjde. Det skal vi lave om på, mener business angel og formand for NordicBAN Esben Gadsbøll.

Som business angel er Esben Gadsbøll i grunden sin egen selvstændige forretning. Man skal dog ikke have talt med ham i mange minutter om startup-økosystemet og investeringsmiljøet herhjemme, før han for første gang bevæger sig op i helikopterperspektivet.

For hvad skal Danmark som samfund leve af i fremtiden, hvis der ikke er nogen, som udvikler virksomheder med mange arbejdspladser, spørger investoren.
