Dansk kapitalfond køber endnu et softwareselskab

Den ATP og PFA-ejede kapitalfond, VIA equity, har købt sit fjerde selskab i år. Tre af dem er inden for it og software. Denne gang gælder opkøbet en software-virksomhed inden for ejendomsmæglerbranchen.

VIA equity, den ATP og PFA-ejede-kapitalfond, har netop foretaget endnu et opkøb inden for it-branchen.

Denne gang gælder det producenten af softwaresystemer til danske ejendomsmæglere, C&B Systemer A/S, hvor VIA equity bliver majoritetsaktionær.
