Accura vil bruge kapitalfonds-springbræt til at erobre flere kunder

Det M&A-specialiserede advokatfirma Accura går efter at udnytte en styrkeposition som rådgiver for kapitalfonde til at erobre flere kunder blandt virksomheder, blandt andet i den finansielle sektor.

Det fortæller partner Jacob Vinther, efter at Accura netop har været rådgiver for AP Pension i købet af det svenske pensionsselskab Skandias danske aktiviteter.
