FSN Capital hyrer erfaren advokat til sag mod kapitalfond

Kapitalfonden FSN Capital har hyret advokat Søren Lundsgaard til at forfølge Procuritas i sagen om salget Gram Equipment. Det skriver Finans. Lundsgaard har tidligere hjulpet EQT til en millionerstatning.

Det bliver advokat Søren Lundsgaard, der skal forfølge kapitalfonden Procuritas i retten for FSN Capital. FSN Capital føler sig taget ved næsen af den svenske kapitalfond i forbindelse med købet af Gram Equipment, der producerer udstyr til isproduktion, efter virksomheden mod forventning kom ud af 2017 med et trecifret millionunderskud. Det skriver erhvervsmediet Finans.

FSN Capital købte i december sidste år Gram Equipment for omkring en mia. kr. af Procuritas og blev stillet et solidt overskud i Gram Equipment i udsigt, skriver Finans. Men resultatet blev ifølge mediet et underskud på 183 mio. kr., hvilket fik FSN Capital til at fyre virksomhedens direktion, som kapitalfonden ligeledes overvejer at stævne.
