Kapitalfonde søger danske finansopkøb - Basisbank sætter sig selv i spil

Ifølge Inside Business kigger flere kapitalfonde interesseret på opkøbsemner i den danske finanssektor. Basisbank erklærer selv, at man ikke har noget imod at få en kapitalfond som ejer.

Flere kapitalfonde er interesseret i at opkøbe finansselskaber i Danmark. Det skriver Inside Business og henviser til, at der ellers ikke har været tradition for det, da det blandt andet er vanskeligt at lånefinansiere købet af en bank.

Mediet har talt med flere kapitalfonde, som erklærer sig interesseret i at kaste deres kærlighed og penge over en dansk finansvirksomhed. Det gælder Nordic Capital, CVC Capital Partners og til dels Axcel. Samtidig melder Basisbank, hvis hovedejer er rigmanden Lars Thuesen, i artiklen ud, at man godt kan se en kapitalfond som ny ejer.
