Distributionsforretninger egner sig godt til kapitalfonde

Capidea har haft succes med at udvikle forretninger, der satser på eftermarkedet i forskellige brancher. Den type virksomheder egner sig samtidig godt til parløb mellem kapitalfonde. Capidea er tæt på anden closing i sin tredje fond, der bliver større end de forrige.

Distributionsforretninger, der opererer i et eftermarked for reservedele, hvad enten til det er til biler, IT-udstyr eller andet, kan udvikles til særdeles givtige forretninger. Også selvom de binder mange penge i lagre og har en relativ lav omsætningshastighed.

Det har kapitalfonden Capidea oplevet i flere tilfælde.
