Jysk-Fynsk Kapital har ingen exit-strategi, men styrer via krav om udbytte

Den fabrikant-ejede kapitalfond kommer ud af 2017 med et væsentligt forbedret resultat. På fire år er egenkapitalen steget fra 77 til 240 mio. kr. Kapitalfonden er klar til at købe yderligere fire virksomheder.

De fleste kapitalfonde mener, at det er en fordel for deres portefølje-virksomheder, at de ved, de skal sælges videre inden for en overskuelig årrække. Det motiverer, at de skal toppe på et bestemt tidspunkt.

Men sådan ser kapitalfonden Jysk-Fynsk Kapital ikke på det. Fonden, der er ejet af jyske fabrikantfamilier, har ingen exit-dato på portefølje-virksomhederne. Der satses på langsigtet værditilvækst. Men det betyder ikke, at der ikke er krav til virksomhederne om at toppe.
