Capnova: Forenklingsudvalget vil afvikle innovationsmiljøer på uoplyst grundlag

Forenklingsudvalgets forslår at afvikle innovationsmiljøordningen og i stedet placere al offentlig kapital til lån under Vækstfonden. "Jeg savner en seriøs analyse af betydningen af innovationsmiljøordningen," lyder det fra direktør i Capnova.

Forenklingsudvalgets anbefalinger om at afskaffe innovationsmiljøordningen vil effektivt fjerne erhvervslivets mulighed for at hente finansiering i spændet 1-5 mio. kr., og der mangler en ordentlig analyse af konsekvenserne ved at fjerne ordningen. Det skriver direktøren for seed-investeringsfonden Capnova, Kim Ove Olsen, i en kommentar på mediet Bootstrapping.

Capnova forvalter sammen med de tre selskaber Borean Innovation, Pre-Seed Ventures og Syddansk Innovation innovationsmiljøordningen. De fire selskaber fungerer dermed som alternativ til Vækstfonden, når det kommer til at agere finansieringsinstrument i offentligt regi. Forenklingsudvalget foreslår dog at nedlægge ordningen, hvilket vil efterlade Vækstfonden alene som finansieringsmulighed.
