Scandlines solgt til konsortium af fonde

Fonden 3i har solgt Scandlines til et konsortium af infrastrukturfonde . 3i forbliver i ejerkredsen.

Scandlines får nye ejere i en milliardhandel, fremgår det af en meddelelse mandag formiddag. I flere måneder har der været spekulationer om et forestående salg af det danske færgerederi, og det er altså faldet på plads med en udviddet ejerkreds for rederiet.

Den nuværende ejer, den engelske fond 3i, har solgt sin investering i Scandlines for en samlet egenkapitalværdi på 1,7 mia. euro til et konsortium af infrastrukturfonde med First State Investments og Hermes Investment Management, oplyser 3i Group.
