BlackRock hires Nordic head of real estate

The new recruit has two decades of sector experience and will lead a team operating from both Copenhagen and Stockholm.

BlackRock has hired Thorsten Slytå as the new managing director and head of Nordic real estate.

A property sector veteran with 20 years of experience, he has been involved in transactions across retail, office, logistics and alternative sectors and will now be responsible for further boosting BlackRock's capabilities.
