Velliv head of ESG to step down

Thomas Kjærgaard, who has been at the firm since it split off from Nordea, will not be returning to the firm after Christmas.

The head of ESG at Danish pension fund Velliv is stepping down from his role, he writes on LinkedIn.

Thomas Kjærgaard, who moved over to the pension fund from Nordea when it split off in 2018, started in the role as head of Investment Governance & Affairs before becoming head of ESG in September 2020.
