The founder of Nordic private equity fund FSN Capital is taking on a new role as chairman of the board. Two internal profiles will share the managing partner role he is vacating.

Frode Strand-Nielsen, the founder of FSN Capital and current managing partner, is becoming chairman of the board, and two new people have been hired to fill the managing partner role.

The two new general partners currently lead the private equity fund's offices in Munich and Oslo, respectively.
