PE investments in Finnish companies break six-month record

The Finnish Venture Capital Association (FVCA) expects the record EUR 1.5bn that was invested in Finnish companies in 2020 to be exceeded by the end of the year.

Finnish companies received EUR 929m in private equity investments in the first half of the year, an all-time high for a six-month period, reports the Finnish Venture Capital Association (FVCA).

Investments by foreign investors made some EUR 653m of the total, whilst Finnish investors' allocations totaled EUR 276m.
