Pensions industry encourages rethink in charging infrastructure investments

Industry association for Denmark's insurance and pension companies can see huge opportunities in charging stations for its members, but thinks there needs to be a rethink in terms of how investments can be made.

Danish pension funds have taken wildly different approaches when it comes to charging station infrastructure for electric cars.

Velliv has dipped its toes into the asset by investing in an infrastructure fund, while ATP hasn't been impressed with the projects it has encountered so far, and has said no to investing in projects several times.
