Danish pension fund surpasses significant milestone

AkademikerPension's assets exceeded DKK 150bn (EUR 20bn) for the first time.

AkademikerPension has grown rapidly over the past few years, and the Danish pension fund, which is tailored to professionals with a university education, surpassed DKK 150bn (EUR 20bn) in assets.

"We know that our accounts are well stocked, but it is always good to see that in writing, and DKK 150bn (EUR 20bn) is an impressive milestone. It means that our members do not need to worry about their pensions – our finances are rock solid," says CEO Jens Munch Holst in a press release.
