KLP makes major investment in Sweden

A real estate investment in central Stockholm has finally fallen into place.

The real estate arm of Norway's largest pensions provider KLP Eiendom has taken over the Princeton 1 property in central Stockholm from SveaNor JV Holding and Hemsö Life Holding, KLP reports in a press release.

This is KLP's largest ever single investment. The property was valued at around SEK 2.6bn (EUR 260m), and rental incomes are estimated at around SEK 93m (EUR 9.4m). The property was completed during Q3, 2021.
