"Fantastic" market prompts AMF to look into selling Oslo Areal

Head of Alternative Investments at AMF Katharina Romberg says there are several reasons behind the possible sale of Oslo Areal, including the favorable market conditions.

Last week, news broke that the owners of Oslo Areal, Norwegian insurance company Gjensidige and Swedish pensions provider AMF, were considering selling the company.

DSB Markets is involved with the potential sale of the firm, which owns 19 properties totaling 265,600 square meters in Oslo.
