AP2, Finnish Church Pension Fund invest in BlackRock public-private vehicle

BlackRock's Climate Finance Partnership will target investments in select non-OECD countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa.


Sweden's AP2 buffer fund and Finland's Church Pension Fund are participating in a consortium of 22 investors that have committed USD 673m to BlackRock's flagship public-private finance vehicle, Climate Finance Partnership (CFP).

The vehicle focuses on investing in climate infrastructure across emerging markets in order to help accelerate the global transition to a net-zero economy.
