Institutional inflow contributed to Handelsbanken's Q3 figures

Mutual funds business CEO Magdalena Wahlqvist Alveskog says hard and dedicated work over a long period led to the bank continuing to grow its new savings market share. The bank also sees growth potential in the Norwegian market.

In its third quarter report, Handelsbanken noted an almost two percent increase in its mutual funds business AUM, and a 1.6 percent increase in the group's total AUM.

The report was published on Tuesday evening last week, as the bank also reported the major news that it is leaving the Danish and Finnish markets, putting the operations in these countries up for sale.
