N2F raises EUR 54m for new fund

As the first fund to focus on secondary share selling in the Nordics, Nordic Secondary Fund has learnt from previous experience as it gears up for its second fund.

Nordic Secondary Fund (N2F) will be closing the first round of capital funding for its new fund, Fond II, at the end of November. It has total commitments of EUR 54m (DKK 400m) from around 150 investors.

The goal is to raise EUR 100m (DKK 750m), twice as much as N2F's first fund, which it established just two years ago.
