Danish pension firm acquires 11 story office block

Industriens Pension invests in property in Denmark's second largest city Aarhus. The pension fund wants to increase its presence in the city.

Danish labor market pension fund Industriens Pension has acquired three connected office blocks which are under construction in Aarhus, Denmark. The development, Byporten Syd, is being sold by local construction giant Dansk Erhvervsprojekt, the pension company reveals in a press release.

Byporten Syd is a 14,459 square meter project, which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022. It is the first stage of the Byporten project.
