BNP Paribas AM poaches Swedish fund manager's distribution lead

The global asset manager has hired a client relationship manager to focus on the wholesale market in the Nordics.

BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has appointed Ludvig Löfving as a client relationship manager in its Stockholm office, starting today. Löfving joins from Swedish fond manager Didner & Gerge, where he headed third party distribution, responsible for all distribution channels including platforms, private banks, insurance companies and funds of funds.

In his new role, Löfving will focus on the manager's investment capabilities within environmental and thematic strategies. A key priority for him will be on developing the French firm's wholesale client base, as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients as it looks to grow its share of the Nordic market.
