CIP and Avangrid make swap trade on US offshore wind

Avangrid and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners have struck an agreement to swap jointly owned assets, so that they each own 100 percent.

Going forward, Danish fund manager Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) will be the sole owner of OSC-A 522, an offshore wind park.

In return, Spanish utility Iberdrola's subsidiary Avangrid Renewables will become the sole owner of OSC-A 534, which encompasses the Park City Wind project as well as the Commonwealth project.
