Dane lands senior role at brand new Canadian pension fund

The real asset specialist will be responsible for developing the fund's private market strategy.

The University Pension Plan (UPP) has hired Peter Martin Larsen as senior managing director of private markets. In this role, he will be responsible for developing UPP's private market strategy.

"I'm incredibly impressed with UPP's leadership and vision to enhance the long-term sustainability of the pension plan. I look forward to creating market-leading returns for our members and building a resilient, private markets portfolio with a strong long-term focus," he says in a statement.
