Odin finds new ESG head after difficult search

Former Senior Analyst for Responsible Investments at KLP Kapitalforvaltning has caught Odin's eye after a tough hunt for someone to lead the company's growing ESG operations.

In July, CIO at Norwegian fund company Odin Alexander Miller told AMWatch that it was a struggle to find a candidate for the head of ESG role who had both investment experience and sustainability knowledge.

"Lots of people have learned about ESG and the EU taxonomy, but it is harder to find someone with the combination of experience within investments as well as ESG competencies," Miller said at the time.
