Swedish hedge fund veterans start new fund

Industry professionals with a background at several of Brummer & Partner's funds are launching a fund using a "capital structure relative value" strategy.

Tidan Capital is the name of a new Swedish hedge fund manager about to launch its first fund, financial publication HedgeNordic writes.

The fund's Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager respectively are Michael Falken and William Wilson, who both have a history at Brummer & Partners' equity credit hedge fund Carve Capital. Wilson also worked at Goldman Sachs for 17 years.
