Lannebo hires duo ahead of new property fund launch

The fund manager is bringing in two top-ranking real estate analysts to manage a new fund launching this month. Another property fund for the two recruits is planned for later this fall.

Swedish fund manager Lannebo has hired two real estate analysts, Tobias Kaj from ABG and Philip Hallberg from Danske Bank.

The two new members of Lannebo's asset management team are both top-ranking real estate analysts according to Prospera, and are joining the fund manager to run the new Lannebo Fastighetsfond, which is being launched on September 15 but is open for investor commitments as of today.
