Storebrand AM buys investment manager for its multi-boutique setup

Storebrand Asset Management has entered into an agreement to acquire a Danish real estate asset manager to become part of its multi-boutique organization. This follows a series of acquisitions in recent years.

Storebrand Asset Management has announced that the firm is acquiring Danish real estate asset manager Capital Investment, according to a statement.

Capital Investments is based in Copenhagen and manages close to DKK 20bn (NOK 28bn) in assets. Capital Investment will become part of Storebrand Asset Management's multi-boutique offering and continue to operate as a separate company within real estate activities.
