Catella increases AUM in first half of 2021

Swedish Catella Group has increased its assets under management to SEK 112bn (EUR 10.9bn) during the first half of 2021, the company states in its half-year report.

Catella Group, which operates within real estate, fund management and corporate finance, increased its assets under management to SEK 112bn (EUR 10.9bn) at the end of the first half of this year.

This development is driven by investments in the company's real estate fund. A press report highlights that the "demand for residential and logistics properties is still strong."
