Evli poaches Danske Bank's chief strategist

Valtteri Ahti is reuniting with Evli after four years as Danske Bank's chief strategist.

Finland's Evli has appointed Valtteri Ahti as its chief strategist. Ahti, who previously worked at Evli as chief economist for six years, is returning to his previous employer after four years at Danske Bank.

At Danske, Ahti worked as chief strategist at the bank's Markets function. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Helsinki and an MPhil from Cambridge University. Ahti has also been a visiting scholar for structural econometrics at Yale University.
