Catella fund buys residential properties in Copenhagen for EUR 62m

Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management has acquired two residential properties in Copenhagen for its European Residential Fund III.

Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management has purchased two fully-let residential properties in Copenhagen. The purchase price was EUR 62m (DKK 450m).

The purchase was made on behalf of Catella European Residential Fund III, which has now surpassed EUR 400m in real estate assets.
