DNB creates new wealth unit – appoints DNB Life CIO as head

Norwegian bank creates a "centralized competence unit" for investment solutions. A 12-year veteran and CIO of the life insurance unit will lead the new organization.

Norway's biggest bank, DNB, has created a new division called Wealth Management Investment Office to adapt the organization to changes in customer and client behavior.

Leading the new division is Truls Cook Tollefsen, a 12-year veteran at the bank's life insurance business DNB Liv, where he served as CIO and CFO.
