Max Matthiessen announces new management group after three hires

CEO Jacob Schlawitz wants the firm to become twice as big in the next three to five years and has chosen to focus on four crucial growth areas. Three new hires will help reach that goal.

Swedish insurance broker and financial group Max Matthiessen (MM) has made three key hires as part of a reshuffle where a new management group has been established.

Johan Keding will be the new head of life and pensions. He has previously worked at MM’s biggest competitor Söderberg & Partners but joins the company from Aon, where he served as head of health and benefits for the last three years. He joined Max Matthiessen in June.
