FIM's inflows show positive momentum – but competition is heating up

The Finnish asset management market has experienced notable changes this year. CIO of FIM Asset Management and S-Bank Wealth Management Mika Leskinen does not expect the competition to die down.

In 2020, the number of unit owners at FIM Asset Management's and S-Bank's funds grew by 13 percent to 330,000, and net inflows for the year totaled EUR 119m. 

The trend of strong growth has also continued this year, says CIO of FIM Asset Management and S-Bank Wealth Management Mika Leskinen. According to him, one of the especially popular funds is FIM's Fossil Free Europe fund launched in May 2020, which has so far gained more than 13,000 investors.
