US investor partners up with Danish firm over Copenhagen homes

KKR has started to build up a Danish portfolio through the purchase of 309 apartments in a joint-venture collaboration with Fokus Asset Management.

US investor Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) has entered the Danish real estate market in an off-market deal for 309 apartments split across nine buildings in central Copenhagen and on the outskirts of the city.

KKR and Fokus Asset Management revealed the news in a press release.
