Manager reels in major Nordic institutions to second fund

Infranode has reached final close on its second fund with EUR 1.2bn in commitments from 19 Nordic investors. Folksam, KPA and the IMAS Foundation are among the returning investors from the first fund, CIO Philip Ajina tells AMWatch.

Nordic infrastructure manager Infranode has received EUR 1.2bn in capital commitments to its second fund Infranode II. The fund has reached final close and attracted some of the region's largest insurance and pension companies.

A total of 19 investors have committed, among them being Swedish insurance giant Folksam and its pensions subsidiary KPA Pension, Storebrand, Ikea's IMAS Foundation and Finland's largest pension provider Keva.
