US loan manager picks advisor for Nordic entry

Danish consultancy Kirstein helped the New York-based credit manager to find a placement agent for the region.

New York-based credit manager Pennantpark has picked Swedish securities firm OE Capital as its strategic advisor for the Nordic region, after a selection process where Danish firm Kirstein acted as consultant.

The Swedish firm will introduce Pennantpark's offering and capabilities to professional investors in the region, according to a joint statement.
