OP fund hatches new plans with Ethiopian chicken farming investment and internet financing in Asia

OP Finnfund Global Impact Fund I has invested in an Ethiopian food producer and is helping to bring internet connectivity to underserviced areas in Indonesia.

OP Asset Management and Finnfund are investing in an Ethiopian poultry company as part of their impact vehicle OP Finnfund Global Impact Fund I, the companies announce.

The aim of a USD 5m investment in poultry company Ethiochicken is to generate employment, improve food security and reduce poverty in Ethiopia.
