Swedish financial house Söderberg & Partners has raised an additional SEK 2.5bn in a recent capital fundraising round as it aims for further international expansion. It has its sights set closely on either the UK or Germany next, or both, Swedish financial daily Dagens Industri writes.
The capital raising also meant the return of private equity firm TA Associates into the ownership fold. TA Associates sold is entire holding to industry competitor KKR in 2019, but has now returned to cover the entire SEK 2.5bn financing round, according to a subsequent statement by Söderberg & Partners on Tuesday morning.
