Infrastructure investment platform continues hiring spree with double appointment

AIP Management, which invests in real assets on behalf of several Nordic pension companies, has hired an asset manager and an investment manager.

Copenhagen-based infrastructure investor AIP Management has hired Lorah Rui Zhao as asset Manager and René Kirk Madsen as Investment Manager, the investment company has annonced.

Rui Zhao joins the firm from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) where she worked in the infrastructure team at the Sydney Office, focusing on both the execution of new opportunities and management of existing assets in MIRA's Australian portfolio.

Prior to joining AIP, Kirk Madsen held a position as Vice President at at M&A advisory FIH Partners, where he has spent approximately 8 years working with M&A and debt advisory services for financial sponsors and corporate clients, primarily focused on transactions within infrastructure and renewables, or other real asset backed transactions.

Just last month, AIP Management announced that it had hired Greg Falzon as new Partner and Elliot Wehner as Senior Investment Manager, as previously covered by AMWatch.
