Sampension puts aside EUR 130m for care homes and assisted living

Denmark's third-largest pension company, Sampension, is investing in care home.

Denmark's third-largest pension company, Sampension, is investing in care homes and assisted living apartments on behalf of its four smaller pension funds, the company reports on Wednesday.

Both projects are being developed by Scandinavian Property Development (SPD), and designed with sustainability in mind, with a DGNB sustainability certification expected soon.
