Blackrock launches two new sustainable equity ETFs amid green milestone

The new pair of Paris Aligned UCITS funds shares three goals, Elisabeth Sterner, head of iShares & Wealth in the Nordics at Blackrock, the ETFs tells AMWatch.

Blackrock launches two new iShares ETFs aligned with the Paris Agreement. Both funds fulfil the Article 9 criteria of the recent Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and come as the iShares Sustainable UCITS range surpasses USD 50bn in assets under management.

The inflows during the first quarter to the manager's ESG ETF range totaled USD 10bn, almost tripling the pace of assets gathering in the same quarter last year, according to a company statement.
