Executives at Arkitekternes Pensionskasse (Architects' Pension Fund) were caught with their trousers down at the company's AGM on April 13, as dissatisfied members asked the board to pull out of oil, gas, coal and crude oil investments much more quickly than expected.
The proposal was passed due to a number of online proxy votes obtained before the meeting from a website run by environmental NGO Ansvarlig Fremtid (Responsible Future).
