Rising Nordic property valuations lure investors to Baltics, say fund managers

Property valuations in the Nordic region and Central Europe have reached such high levels during the pandemic that investors are increasingly looking at opportunities in the Baltic property markets, argues East Capital Real Estate's CEO Madis Raidma. One of these market newcomers is Titanium Fund Management.

Interest in Baltic property is surging, and new interested investors are popping up nearly on daily basis, says Madis Raidma, CEO of East Capital Real Estate.

"Property valuations in the Nordic region and Central Europe have been pushed to unrealistic levels during the pandemic. There is a significant gap between Nordic and Central European price levels and the average yield in Baltic property. We hear about newcomers to Baltic real estate markets every day, actually," Raidma tells from his office in Tallinn, Estonia.
